My business development program BUILD is designed to take your ideas, dreams and passion and craft them into a fully feasible 5-year business plan.
This program is designed to last 6 months but the work is self-paced. You determine how quickly your business will be set to launch.

How the Program Works
Your plan. Your speed.
This program is self-paced so you can work at your own speed. Over 8 hours of tutorial step-by-step instructional videos, a course manual and over a dozen extra resources are included for immediate access upon your purchase. Resources are continuously added to the program so that you and your business can continue to grow for a lifetime.
Need a one-on-one session? You have the ability to purchase as many (or none) of them that you need. Extra help is available for you if you want it, but not mandatory. Group coaching is included in the program.
You will also have access to a private Telegram group for frequent updates, tips, motivation and new services. Your access to this program is life-long!

Here’s how the course is structured:
Module One
Spiritual Overhaul
We aren’t writing your plan just yet. We are clearing space for it to be built. We will identify false beliefs, trigger points, potential obstacles, destructive covenants, etc. within you and replace them with truth.
Module Two
Background
We will begin writing your plan! Your business concept will go through a feasibility analysis to ensure there is a market for your idea. Chapter one of your plan will be completed and your executive summary and appendices will be started.
Module Three
Industry & Market Analyses
You will begin to identify trends in your industry as well as the overall health of your field. Your target audience will be identified along with potential competitors. Chapters two and three of your plan will be written and you’ll be prepared to begin your marketing strategy.
Module Four
Marketing & Operating Plans
A realistic protocol for reaching your target audience as well as a targeted selling price will be established and the formal and informal management team for your business will be identified and explained. The “big picture” operations plan will also be outlined. Chapters four, five and six of your plan will be written; your executive summary and appendices will be near completion.
Module Five
Financial Projections
This is one of the most important modules for your growth. Poverty mindsets around money and how it works will be identified and eliminated. You will be able to project five years of profits and losses for your new business, including start-up costs and owner’s draw. The entirety of your plan will be completed and we will begin the editing process to make sure it is able to be presented with excellence.
Module Six
Review
We will begin the final process of editing, reviewing and cleaning up your plan. Along with that, you will practice your elevator pitch and presenting your plan to investors and other businesses.
The B U I L D program is all-encompassing - your daily habits and belief systems around your identity, creativity, worth and money will be uncovered and refined. This includes taking an account of where you are now with your personal FICO score, your time management skills and your overall capacity to pursue and reach goals.
On the business side of things you will have an opportunity to connect with content creators, marketers, branding specialists, funding outlets, tax professionals and more. You will write a clear plan forward for your business, but this course is much more than that.
Spiritually, you will understand what it means to have authority over your life and your destiny. Your business will not be built for acceptance but from it. The difference between these foundations is (literally) worlds apart.

Write & Self-Publish Your Book - If you have a book or desire to write one, this course helps you manage your time for writing and guides you through the many options and process of self-publishing, including how to find an editor cover designer. This course comes with a manual (includes screenshots of the entire process) as well as instructional videos.
The Money Mastery Course - Whether you are here to improve your personal life, learn how to grow or expand your business, learn about how to start generating real wealth to leave a legacy, or you’re ready to identify and eliminate your limiting mindsets - these reasons are all covered in this course.
