Monica joined my STR 101 course in June 2023 and got her first rental unit 3 days later. Here’s what she has to say about the program:

I started to hear God say "take back the land" a couple of years ago and believed God was leading me into REI [Real Estate Investing]. STRs looked the most fun and profitable to me.
